MADE IN THE U.S.A:

Simone NY is proud to offer her handmade designs right in New York City.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM(S):

Every single Simone NY item is handmade by a small team of seamstresses. Due to our items being handmade, the timeframe to have your custom, Simone garment will be between 1-3 weeks. We are confident that you are investing into a beautiful custom item for yourself and sometimes, that is worth the wait. If you are in a hurry please consider holding off putting in your order as we cannot offer any "rush orders" or expedited shipping. All orders are processed in the order they are received and will go out in the same manner. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping occurs Mondays, Wednesday and Friday's from our NYC location. Once your order is placed, it will be packed and sent out on the following pack & ship day. A tracking number will be emailed to you if you have added your email when you placed your order. If you did not provide your email and are having trouble with your parcel, please contact us via email simone@simoneny.com

INTERNATIONAL:

We are pleased to offer flat rate worldwide shipping. Please make sure you provide a valid email address when placing your order so that you are able to track your parcel. Please be aware that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are imposed by each country and we have no control over this. 

DAMAGED / LOST PARCELS:

Once a tracking number has been provided, give it 24 hours for tracking to officially start. Once a parcel leaves our office and has started tracking, we are not held responsible for lost parcels or parcels that have been damaged due to postal mishandling. We encourage you to contact us if you would like to purchase shipping insurance should you need it. We regret when these situations happen and we suggest you report your situation to the post office and open up a claim.

REFUNDS:

We go above and beyond to make sure every customer is truly in love with their Simone NY item. If for some reason an item does not fit, please contact us via email immediately and send back the original item in the same condition as it was sent. Please do not remove any tags. Tags removed will not be able to recover a full refund.  Once your item has reached our office, we will inspect it and offer you a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. 

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards expire after 1 year from the date issued.

MODELING:

We have had a wonderful reception from ladies that want to model for the brand. At this time, we are not currently looking for new faces. However, during our next season, we will be announcing a new model search and you can apply with us then.
